Having an annual eye exam is one of the best ways to make sure you’re keeping your eyes healthy. You can enroll in vision coverage through MetLife to save money on eligible vision care expenses such as eye exams, glasses, and contact lenses.
You’ll generally pay less when you use in-network providers. Visit the MetLife website to look up providers in the Signature network.

When using your vision benefits or speaking to a MetLife customer service representative, it is important to indicate you have MetLife Superior Vision network coverage. This will ensure providers and customer service representatives can accurately retrieve your coverage information. You can access your Vision ID card here. While you're not required to show this card to your provider as proof of coverage or to confirm your eligibility, you may present it at your next appointment.
