MetLife Superior Vision Network Reminder

When using your vision benefits or speaking to a MetLife customer service representative, it is important to indicate you have MetLife Superior Vision network coverage. This will ensure providers and customer service representatives can accurately retrieve your coverage information. You can access your Vision ID card here. While you're not required to show this card to your provider as proof of coverage or to confirm your eligibility, you may present it at your next appointment.
