How to enroll

If you are a new hire or recently experienced a life event, you will need to enroll in 2024 benefits. This ensures you have coverage for the 2024 plan year.

Go to the Mercer Marketplace 365+ platform website.

• Click Register New Account
• Input your personal information
• Follow the steps, and click Complete Registration
• Click here for more detailed information or watch a video.
• Use the “What to Do Here” buttons at the top of each page to get personalized benefits recommendations.
• Your benefit elections will be saved in your online shopping cart. When you are ready, select “Check Out.”
• After selecting your benefits, press “Confirm.” You will know your enrollment is complete when you see a confirmation number. Save your 2024 elections and confirmation number for your records.
• If you have questions, call 1-866-696-8683 toll-free.
• Help is available Monday through Friday, 7 am – 9 pm ET, and 10 am to 2 pm ET on Saturday.

To select your benefits, click on the “Get Started” link on the homepage. Then, you’ll be able to choose a path to begin selecting your benefits for 2024.

Receive expert guidance:

• If you want to receive expert guidance, click “Get Started” within this tile.
• You’ll answer a few questions about your health, payment preferences, and expected life events.
• Then, you’ll be presented with a “Best Match” package of benefits customized just for you.

Choose your own:

• If you decide to choose your own benefits, click “Get Started” within this tile, and then click “Start Open Enrollment” on the next page.
• You’ll start by providing or confirming information about your dependents and yourself.
• Then, click the “Choose Benefits” and “Voluntary Benefits” tabs to review and select your benefits for 2024. You can go through the benefits in order as they are presented, or you can jump to any benefit at any time using the links along the top navigation.
